Suave Designs (Pty) Ltd is a South African research, formulation and manufacturing company based in Meyerton, Gauteng. Our technical expertise spans a broad range of cosmetic categories, including cleansers, serums, moisturisers, mineral sunscreens, colour cosmetics and clinic-use formulations. We are particularly recognised for our work in advanced mineral sunscreen technology, barrier-focused skincare and high-efficacy formulations designed for sensitive and melanin-rich skin types. Our formulation philosophy prioritises skin barrier integrity, functional performance and long-term skin health. Products are developed through structured ingredient research, compatibility studies, stability testing and performance validation, ensuring that efficacy is achieved without compromising safety or tolerance.
